Earlier this month, RCD Espanyol de Barcelona Academy Saitama (Japan) came to Barcelona to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Players and staff from the Japanese academy travelled over 10,000km to the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque, where they played friendly matches, trained with Espanyol elite teams and were able to meet men’s first team players. The Academy also attended a LALIGA match at the Stage Front Stadium to cap off a special week in Barcelona.
The RCDE Academy Saitama is one of the Club’s many academies in East Asia that forms part of the wider worldwide network, the objective of which is to spread the RCD Espanyol training methodology around the world.
